1. Agreement to Terms

These Yogapillowstrap ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Client," or "you") and Yogapillowstrap ("Company," "we," "us," "our," or "Yogapillowstrap"). 7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHFLOWAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TECHFLOWAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF DATA
• WARRANTIES THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yogapillowstrap, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Services immediately ceases. We may retain User Content for backup or archival purposes as permitted by law, but we have no obligation to provide access to it.

12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party applications and services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. By authorizing integrations, you grant third-party services access to data as specified by the integration parameters.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica for any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms.

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. Any legal action or proceeding must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be forever barred.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Yogapillowstrap and any other policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yogapillowstrap regarding the Services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.

14.2 Severability
